All entities wishing to become Members of International Council of Traditional Sports and Games (ICTSG) must apply to the TSG Secretariat by submitting a signed Membership Application Form along with relevant supporting documents in duplicate sets (the original copy to be sent via courier and a scanned copy to be emailed at the addresses provided below).
The Application shall be assessed by the ICTSG Affiliation and Scrutiny Committee, pursuant to the evaluation of which the Chairperson of the Affiliation and Scrutiny Committee shall submit his/her recommendation to the President of the ICTSG.
The ICTSG President may, in exercise of his/her discretion, issue a Provisional Membership Certificate until a Full Membership status is awarded to the Applicant entity by the General Assembly at its next session.
In case an Application is rejected, the Chairman of the Affiliation and Scrutiny Committee shall provide detailed reasons of such refusal to the ICTSG President who, upon receipt of a written request from the Applicant, may inform them of the same.
The Application Processing Fee, for all Groups, is a non-refundable amount of US$ 200/- (United States Dollars Two Hundred only).
The Registration Fee, which shall be a one-time payment, amounts to US$ 1000/- (United States Dollars One Thousand only) for Group B, and US$ 2300/- (United States Dollars Twenty-three Hundred only) for Group C and shall only be refunded to an Applicant(s) whose Membership Application is rejected by the Affiliation and Scrutiny Committee.
All Applicants are required to pay the Processing and Registration Fees amounting to a total of US$ 1200/- (United States Dollars Twelve Hundred only) for Group B and US$ 2500/- (United States Dollars Twenty five Hundred only) for Group C via bank transfer into the account designated by the ICTSG, the details of which are provided hereinbelow:
