Information we collect

When you use the contact or membership application form, ICTSG receives the information you enter, such as your name, organization, country, email address, phone number, website, inquiry type, and message.

The hosting platform may process limited technical data, including IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs, to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

How information is used

ICTSG uses submitted information to answer inquiries, review membership applications, maintain organizational records, and protect the website from spam or misuse.

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms to the ICTSG office inbox. Public site content and restricted administrative accounts are hosted with Supabase. These providers process data only to provide their services.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Restricted administrator sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Because these cookies are necessary for security and site operation, they cannot be disabled through a consent banner.

Retention and sharing

ICTSG keeps correspondence and applications only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were submitted, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

ICTSG does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, authorities when legally required, or relevant ICTSG representatives when needed to handle an inquiry or application.

Your choices

You may ask ICTSG to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the public forms.
