The Asian Chess and Sports Organisations Conference 2019 was organized by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and the Asian Chess Federation (ACF) from 6-7 March 2019. On the invitation of ACF President Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifah Al Nahyan, ICTSG President Khalil Ahmed Khan and Member Advisory Committee Mohammad Nouhi attended the event. During the conference, Mr. Khan highlighted the significance of traditional sports, emphasizing their role in preserving cultural heritage and promoting international sports collaboration. Mr. Khan presented gifts to Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifah Al Nahyan and ACF Secretary Hisham Al Taher as a token of appreciation.

As part of their visit, Mr. Khalil, Mr. Nouhi, and Mr. Al-Taher also held discussions at the Abu Dhabi Sports Council to explore opportunities for future cooperation between ICTSG and the United Arab Emirates Government in promoting traditional sports globally.

Sports Conference was held in Abu Dhabi-UAE, wherein, Khalil Ahmed Khan was invited as Chairman of Adhoc Advisory Committee of UNESCO TSG. Mr.Mohammad Nuhi another member of AAC was in attendence beside many foriegn delegates. A comprehensive discussion was held during the conference.
