*Roadmap of Traditional Sports and Games for the New Generation* Traditional sports and games are the heritage of our culture and history that have been passed down from generation to generation. But in today’s modern era where technology has focused the attention of the younger generation on different aspects, the future of traditional sports is also facing challenges. Therefore, it is important to develop a strong roadmap for traditional sports and games so that the new generation adopts these sports, keeps their culture alive, and achieves physical and mental fitness. The first step is to explain the importance of traditional sports. These sports should be introduced in schools, colleges, and community centers and their physical, mental, and social benefits should be explained. Traditional sports not only promote a healthy lifestyle but also teach traits like teamwork, courage, and patience that help in shaping the personality of the youth. The second step is to take advantage of modern technology. Training and competitions in kabaddi, wrestling, guli danda, and other traditional sports can be organized online through mobile apps, videos, and online platforms. This is the best way to connect youth from remote areas and increase the popularity of these sports. In this way, youth can also test their hard work and skills at the international level. The third important point is the support of government and private institutions. Provision of financial resources, stadiums, and coaches is essential for the promotion of sports. The importance of traditional sports can be increased by organizing festivals and competitions. The government should start special training programs so that youth can be trained in traditional sports and career opportunities can also be created for them. The fourth step is to involve the community and families. Youth are more influenced by the support of their families and community, so traditional sports should be included in home events and fairs so that the new generation learns the love of these sports. In this way, this heritage will naturally become a part of their lives. The fifth and final important aspect is to make sports an integral part of education. It is important to include traditional sports in the curriculum of educational institutions so that children are exposed to these sports as early as possible. This will not only keep them fit but also keep them connected to their culture. Finally, the success of traditional sports depends on us making them attractive and accessible to the new generation. We need to highlight the historical, cultural, and physical significance of these sports and present them in modern language.
