Online Membership Application Guidelines International Council of Traditional Sports and Games (ICTSG) Entities seeking Membership with the International Council of Traditional Sports and Games (ICTSG) must complete the official Membership Application Form available on the ICTSG website. The form must be duly filled and digitally signed through the online portal. In addition to the online submission, all applicants are required to dispatch hard copies of the completed Application Form, along with the relevant supporting documents, via courier/post to the ICTSG Secretariat at the address listed below. Each application shall be reviewed by the ICTSG Affiliation and Scrutiny Committee, which is responsible for evaluating eligibility in accordance with the Council’s guidelines. Upon completion of this assessment, the Chairperson of the Committee will submit a formal recommendation to the President of ICTSG. The President, exercising discretionary authority, may issue a Provisional Membership Certificate, pending the Applicant’s confirmation as a Full Member by the ICTSG General Assembly during its next scheduled session. Should an application be declined, the Chairperson of the Affiliation and Scrutiny Committee shall submit a detailed explanation to the President. If requested in writing, the President may convey the grounds for rejection to the Applicant.
