Yet many are under threat due to modernization, lack of documentation, and diminishing intergenerational transmission. The World Traditional Games (WTG), initiated by ICTSG, seek to revive, preserve, and celebrate these traditions on a global stage. 2. ObjectiveTo organize an inclusive, globally representative sporting and cultural event that:- Preserves and promotes traditional games and knowledge systems- Encourages cross-cultural understanding and peace through sport- Strengthens local economies through cultural tourism and heritage valorization- Aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3.
