Having served as a trusted secretary to prominent leaders in Japan’s political and business spheres for 35 years, and as Managing Director of Japan’s oldest general trading company, Ms. Yuko Baba embodies the values of dedication, wisdom, and cross-cultural engagement.

Her distinguished career includes consultancy roles in government projects across 16 countries and regions, where she has been instrumental in fostering international cooperation. Among her many achievements is the successful coordination of the Indonesian Halal Project in China, Korea, and Japan—an initiative launched at the request of the Indonesian Minister of Halal and facilitated at the Korean National Assembly. Ms. Yuko Baba’s (馬場 祐子)commitment to global connectivity is further exemplified in her role as Overseas Manager for renowned Italian brands, including Ms. Anna Fendy and Mr. Fabio Lamborghini, promoting cultural exchange and brand diplomacy. She is also a trusted advisor to leading Japanese global enterprises and provides high-level protocol support to international VIPs visiting Japan. In the field of Traditional Sports and Games, Ms. Baba (馬場 祐子)serves as Vice Chairperson of ICTSG Japan and plays a key role in promoting peace, cultural understanding, and heritage preservation through TSG.
