A strategic plan has been devised by Mr. Aaron Scott Wendel, President of the US Traditional Wrestling Association. Its sole purpose is to provide the critical Cultural Competency skills and understanding that are a prerequisite for lifelong success in the culturally diverse 21st century, as well as meeting District strategic plan.
